Service access and payments

PackMize provides public calculators and an optional professional workspace. The current registration flow does not request or collect payment-card details and does not create a paid subscription.

Purpose

PackMize provides mathematical planning tools for packing, palletization, container loading, vehicle load balance / static load distribution and cutting optimization. Results are planning estimates based on the dimensions, weights, limits and other data entered by the user. They are not a substitute for verification against the real equipment, manufacturer documentation, applicable transport rules or qualified professional judgment.

Vehicle and axle-load planning limitations

PackMize does not provide a certified legal axle-load calculation. Vehicle and trailer planning functions estimate static reactions at two configured supports using the geometry, cargo weights, support positions, tare reactions and optional limits entered by the user. They do not calculate or certify the complete legal axle loading of a vehicle combination, do not constitute engineering approval, vehicle homologation, transport-safety certification or a guarantee of compliance with road-transport legislation.

For semitrailers, the calculated kingpin reaction is not equivalent to the individual axle loads of the tractor unit. Before transport, the user must independently verify the actual vehicle and trailer specifications, permitted gross mass, axle/group limits, load distribution, securing requirements and all applicable regulations and operational constraints. Where axle compliance is critical, actual axle/group loads should be verified using an appropriate certified weighbridge or equivalent professional measurement.

Safety-critical use: PackMize is a planning aid. Do not rely on a PackMize result as the sole basis for a safety-critical, regulatory, contractual or road-legal loading decision. See the Calculation Disclaimer for the modeled and non-modeled constraints.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The PackMize name, interface, original code, text and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Use of the website and workspace is subject to the Terms of Use. Users retain responsibility for the data they enter and for the lawful use of their own calculation results.

PackMize may link to third-party websites, standards, manufacturers or technical references for convenience or context. Those resources are controlled by their respective operators, and PackMize does not control their availability, content or privacy practices.
