Terms of Use

1. Service and operator
PackMize is operated by Tomeu Bestard Puig (NIF 43161263S), based in Balearic Islands, Spain. PackMize provides browser-based packing/cutting optimizers, Vehicle Load Balance / Static Load Distribution tools and an optional cloud workspace for reusable professional planning data.
2. Free tools
The public calculators and planners may be used without an account where indicated for lawful personal or commercial planning. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, overload endpoints, scrape protected areas or represent PackMize outputs as certified engineering approval, vehicle homologation, road-legal axle certification or transport-safety certification.
3. Workspace accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for data entered into your workspace. You must have the right to store any customer, product or project information that you upload. PackMize may update, correct or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the service.
4. Results and professional responsibility
Optimization results are estimates generated from the inputs and assumptions described in the methodology. You remain responsible for verifying dimensions, payloads, loading sequence, stability, transport rules, equipment limits, material properties, machine constraints, safety requirements and contractual specifications.
Vehicle Load Balance / Static Load Distribution: PackMize estimates static reactions at two configured supports from user-entered cargo geometry, weights, support positions, tare reactions and optional limits. These outputs do not calculate or certify the complete legal axle loading of a vehicle combination. For semitrailers, kingpin reaction is not the same as the individual axle loads of the tractor unit. The user must verify actual axle/group limits, gross vehicle mass, vehicle and trailer specifications, load securing, road-transport rules and any other applicable legal or operational requirement before transport.
PackMize results must not be used as the sole basis for a safety-critical, regulatory, contractual or road-legal loading decision. The detailed technical limitations form part of these Terms through the Calculation Disclaimer.
5. Availability and data preservation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. PackMize does not warrant uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of cloud workspace data. Keep independent copies of business-critical catalogs, project data and reports. CSV export is provided to make this easier.
6. Intellectual property
The PackMize name, interface, original code, copy and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You retain responsibility for and may use your own input data and calculation results.
7. Payments and subscriptions
The current registration flow does not request payment details or create a paid subscription. A paid subscription can only begin after the applicable price and commercial terms are presented and the user expressly completes the corresponding subscription process.
8. Account suspension and deletion
PackMize may restrict accounts used for abuse, attacks, unlawful activity or material violations of these terms. You can permanently delete your own account from the workspace Account page.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackMize is not liable for losses caused by relying on a result without independently checking real-world loading, vehicle, axle/group, transport, material, machine or safety constraints that the software does not model or certify. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to the service or these terms
PackMize may update the service and these Terms as features, security requirements or legal obligations change. Updated terms apply prospectively from the date stated on this page. Material changes affecting registered users will be communicated through an appropriate service or account channel where reasonably required.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to a user under consumer or other applicable law.
