1. Service and operator

PackMize is operated by Tomeu Bestard Puig (NIF 43161263S), based in Balearic Islands, Spain. PackMize provides browser-based planning tools for packing and cutting calculations. The V1 is offered without an account and without payment.

2. Permitted use

You may use the public tools for lawful personal and commercial planning. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, overload endpoints, scrape protected administration areas, or misrepresent PackMize outputs as certified engineering approval.

3. Results

Optimization results are estimates generated from the inputs and assumptions described in the methodology. You remain responsible for verifying dimensions, equipment limits, material properties, safety requirements and contractual specifications.

4. Availability

The free V1 is provided on an as-available basis. Features, presets and algorithms may be corrected or improved without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

5. Intellectual property

The PackMize name, interface, original code, copy and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. This does not restrict you from using your own calculation results.

6. Pro roadmap

References to PackMize Pro, API access or €6.99/month describe planned products only. No subscription is offered until an actual checkout and separate commercial terms are published.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackMize is not liable for losses caused by relying on a result without independently checking the real-world loading, transport, material, machine or safety constraints that the V1 does not model.
